What You Deserve In a Custom Marketing Plan

Immediately following our initial listing consultation to you review your Westlake area home, condo or townhome, I will initiate the following detailed Custom Marketing Plan on your behalf:

• Input your home into the MLS
• File the listing contracts with our office and arrange for the installation of the appropriate yard sign (with your permission)
• Arrange for photos to be taken
• Select and edit photos, post to MLS and the MyFirstClevelandHome.com website
• Introduce your home at our office staff meetings
• Contact you to discuss when you’d like to schedule the first RE/MAX Broker’s home tour
• Reserve and design ads for your property in different websites
• Design and print a custom brochure which details the wonderful features and characteristics of your property
• Submit copies of your property’s advertising via mail to the other local Top Producing Agents in the area
• Schedule showings on your behalf
• Qualify each prospective buyer
• Respond to all inquiries and answer all buyer and broker questions regarding your home
• Schedule showings of your property to potential buyers
• Communicate the results of showings and open houses to you
• Consult with you on all offers
• Open an escrow account once an offer is accepted
• Schedule all inspections for mold, termite and general home inspections
• Track the escrow file until close
• Complete and track all relevant paperwork (disclosures, inspection reports, etc)
• Monitor any contingencies and due dates
• Keep you apprised of any potential issues during the escrow process
